The Saint-Martin Tourist Office is organizing the third edition of the Gastronomy Festival from November 11 to 22, 2023. Our goal: to highlight your know-how, and to promote our beautiful destination and its culinary richness. To participate, we invite you to design a starter, a main course, a dessert (optional) based on hibiscus (local redcurrant), the flagship ingredient of this new edition and to serve it to the public during the Festival, from November 11 to 22, 2023. If you wish, you can also participate in the restaurant competition! The opportunity to receive a visit from a committee of regional, national and international culinary experts specially present for the event. The competition is only open to restaurants in the French part that are registered with the Chamber of Commerce. The conditions of participation are visible on the registration form.
