Daniel Vézina is a renowned chef from Quebec, recognized for his innovation and his passion for cooking. Co-founder of the famous Laurie Raphaël restaurant in Quebec, opened in 1991, he quickly gained a reputation for his creative and refined dishes, celebrating local ingredients and Quebec culinary traditions.
