Double Michelin-starred chef Patrick Jeffroy, based in Brittany, combines audacity and creativity to revisit the marine gastronomy of his childhood.


Michelin-starred since 1979, its cuisine advocates simplicity and respect for nature. An international culinary advisor, he influences the culinary scene in Japan and Brittany at Guyader Gastronomie, while helping the most disadvantaged as president of the “Bouffons de la Cuisine” association.

Xavier Isabal is the chef of the Ithurria restaurant, a family establishment with almost 50 Michelin-starred years. Although he comes from a lineage of cabinetmakers, he is passionate about cooking. After culinary training, he became a chef, then owner with his brother in 2004, succeeding their already starred father.

Anto Cocagne

Anto Cocagne is a chef from Gabon, who shines in Paris with minimalist African cuisine and a distinctive French touch. Trained at the Lesdiguières high school and the Grégoire Ferrandi school, she merges her skills with her roots. A daring entrepreneur, she is a private chef and consultant for businesses. She presents in culinary shows and is the author of the book “Goûts d’Afrique”, her success is undeniable.

Mareya Ibrahim

Chef and nutrition coach

Mareya is The Fit Foodie, a celebrity chef, nutrition coach, author, patented inventor and award-winning entrepreneur. Her new book, “Eat Like You Give a Fork” is changing the way people prioritize their well-being. She is also a featured chef in the NY Times bestseller “The Daniel Plan: 40 Days to a Healthier Life.”

Jean-Charles Bredas

Chef "Signature" - Air France

Born in Martinique, Jean Charles Brédas discovered cooking with his uncle. After a breathtaking international career, he returned to settle on his native island and created his restaurant “Le Brédas” in the middle of lush vegetation. A true culinary alchemist, he advocates cross-breeding and harmony in flavors. He obtained numerous distinctions: Tourism Medal in 2011, Master Chef of France in 2012 and Knight of the National Order of Merit in 2015.

Laurent Huguet, trained at the Strasbourg hotel school, climbed the culinary ranks. From Buerehiesel to the Crocodile brigade, 3 Michelin stars for 22 years, he shines with his rigor and passion. Then he won a star at the Relais de la Poste where he stayed for 6 years.

Arnaud Delvenne

Liège - Belgium

Founder and chef of the restaurant “Nono Resto”

Arnaud Delvenne, born July 24, 1985 in Liège, Belgium, is a renowned chef. Trained by his mother from his childhood, he started at Quick then became head chef of the restaurant Le Moment, with a score of 13/20 at Gault&Millau. After opening his own restaurant, he joined Top Chef in 2022, becoming the first Belgian finalist.

João Diamante

Rio de Janeiro - Brazil

Consultant and public figure

João Diamante, raised in a Rio favela, became an acclaimed leader who overcame adversity through culture, education and social projects. He worked for Alain Ducasse at the Restaurant de la Tour Eiffel. Forbes recognized him among Brazil's young talents. Diamante exerts his influence in gastronomy, conferences, cooking shows, fashion and as an influencer on social networks.

Master Worker of France Cheesemaker

Xavier Thuret, born on the family farm near Meaux, discovered his passion for cheese since childhood. After starting out with a local refiner, he joined the Lactalis group in 1997, specializing in traditional products. In 2007, crowned “Meilleur Ouvrier de France Fromager”, he became an expert in the field.

Frédéric Cyr

Chef of the Château Frontenac restaurant

Frédéric Cyr, renowned chef, heads 135 people at Château Frontenac, and has more than 30 years of experience. The son of an eminent chef, he grew up in a Relais & Châteaux inn, cultivating his culinary passion from the age of 12. After theatrical and journalistic adventures, the chef sails on luxurious cruises. In Asia, his cuisine propelled him to fame. Back in Quebec, he now manages Château Frontenac brilliantly.

Lorna Boboua

Ivory Coast - Africa

Chef of the Onomo Hotel

Lorna Boboua do Sacramento, born in France, arrived in Congo at the age of 5 to explore Africa. His cultural mix, Congolese and Brazilian-Togolese heritage, inspires his gastronomic creations. Star Chef 2016 reveals it, she reached the semi-finals representing Congo. A graduate of Ferrandi, she shines at the Palais de l'Élysée, Jules Verne and Lignac. She is currently excelling at the Onomo hotel in Abidjan, Ivory Coast.

Kevin Bludso

Texas - United States

Founder of Bludso's BBQ

Kevin Bludso is a chef, television personality, and two-time Steve Harvey Hoodie Award winner. In 2008, he opened Bludso's BBQ, his small takeout BBQ stand in Compton, California.


It has since grown into an international empire, with a flagship restaurant, "Bludso's Bar & Que", in Hollywood, a booth at the LAFC soccer stadium, a location at Proud Bird at LAX, and a restaurant/bar called "San Antone by Bludso's BBQ” at Crown Casino in Melbourne, Australia. He is a judge on the hit show "Netflix BBQ The American BBQ Showdown", and has appeared on several shows such as: "Diners", "Drive-Ins and Dives", "Bon Appétit", "and "Bar Rescue" . His first cookbook, “The Bludso Family Cookbook: BBQ Soul Food and Family, From Compton to Corsicana,” was released in spring 2022 by Ten Speed Press.

With over 15 years of experience, Mia Mastroianni has become one of the founding bartenders of Soho House West Hollywood.
